Hi, I’m Cassie Conroy, aka “Caz”
I’m an SEO Content Writer & Marketing Strategist with more than 15 years of marketing success experience - both in-house and as a freelance marketing consultant, were I founded RowleyGrace Content Marketing and CazMethod.
I’m passionate about empowering business owners and marketing professionals to master my proven frameworks for effective content creation and search engine optimization.
I have a BS in Education from Buffalo State University and am a 2021 graduate of the SUNY Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Minority and Women’s Emerging Entrepreneurs (MWEE) program.
In addition to CazMethod, I’m a partner in the Inspired Outcomes Now Marketing Collective and have shared my marketing expertise as a speaker and workshop facilitator with The Women’s Business Center at Canisius University E Network, the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership MWEE program, the Small Business Administration’s “Straight Talk” Workshop, and Freelance Business Week Buffalo.
I’m a lifelong resident of Western New York. I currently live in Buffalo (Go Bills!) with my husband Kevin, granddaughter Sophia Rowley, and two middle-aged cats, Theodore and Machi (a frequent Zoom call participant).
